$90 for a 45 minute session

Insurance
I participate in 2 insurance panels:  Kanawah and Premier.
I am also happy to bill any insurance company for out of network benefits, and provide you with a refund or credit for future services if they pay me directly.

If you would like to use your health insurance, please check your coverage carefully by calling the mental health and substance abuse phone number on the back of your insurance card and asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Are there any therapeutic modalities you do not cover?

Payment
Cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
